In 2017, I was working in banking. I had done the work, met every expectation, and believed the next step was mine. It wasn't. That moment didn't define me, but it clarified something: no one else was going to own my next chapter.
So I got licensed while working full time and raising my children. Step by step, I built my own independent insurance and retirement business. Along the way I learned the lesson that shapes everything I make today:
